"Mint Crispy Mutton Fry"

Assalam-o-alaikum!  

First of all we discuss about the benefits of my recipe. It has mint and many regular spices but twist is the use of mint and other one is crispness of it which actually the main headache of making crispy things like the same to the market product at home. 

So,  here I will also share a dip sauce recipe at home and it's literally very quick and easy and you can use it with many recipes and it's ingredients are very common.  I m damn sure that you guys can find all ingredients of this recipe in your kitchen..  

Also,  here you find a complete pictorial and written recipe which make it easy for you. Now let's move towards the Main Recipe ingredients. 

Ingredients:

1• Mutton 1kg
2• Dry Mint Powder  2tsp
3• Water 2cups (for tender the mutton) 
4• Salt 1tbsp
5• Black pepper 1tsp
6• Red Chilli flakes 1tbsp
7• Soya Sauce 1tsp
8• Vinegar 1tsp
9• Garlic Paste 1tsp 
10• Oil for Fry 
  • Coating Ingredients:
1• Flour (maidaa) 1cup
2• Salt 1tsp
3• Chaat Masala 1tsp
4• Eggs 2 large 
5• Bread Crumbs 1cup 

"Benefits of Mint"

There are hundreds of benefits of mint.  It proved you nutrients and control your calories. It has soothing effect.  It helps in good digestion.  Kill the bad smell of mouth.  It gives you healthy cholesterol level.  Good for stomach as good for indigestion. Could improve brain functions. May decrease breast feeding pain.  Subjectively improves cold symptoms.  And easy to add in your diet..  Also helps in weight losing.  

  • Method of Recipe:
1• Take a pressure cooker.
2• Add mutton, salt, and water of 2cups and put it on flame and leave it for tender for about 40-45mins.
3• After tendering the mutton,  leave it for cool.
4• Now take a large Bowl and add mutton in it
5• Add salt, black pepper, mint powder,  red chili flakes,  soya sauce and vinegar in it and mix it well. 
6•  Add garlic paste, now take large pan and pour all of marinate mutton in it and cook until water evaporates and all the spices stick on the mutton pieces. 
7• Now turn off the flame and leave it for 1 hour. 
8• Take a large and dry bowl.
9• Add flour, salt, chaat masala in a bowl and mix all dry ingredients. 
10• Now dip all marinated mutton pieces into this dry ingredients mixture and leave it for 30minutes.
11• After that,  beat eggs in a bowl .
12• Add Bread crumbs in another Bowl. 
13• Dip all marinated and coated pieces of mutton with dry ingredients into eggs first than coat them with bread crumbs. 
14• Heat the oil 
15• Fry all the pieces on medium flame until golden brown color came. 

"Mint Crisp Mutton fry" is ready to serve.  

"Sauce Ingredients"


1• Dry apricots 1cup
2• Green chillies 2 
3• Salt 1/2 tap 

  • Method of Sauce:
1• First of all,  soak dry apricots for 2 hours. 
2• Now  add all ingredients,  soaked apricots with water, salt and green chilies in  a blender. 
3• blend it well and make a thick paste,  pour it in a  bowl and sprinkle some coriander leaves or chilli flakes on it  
(you can store it in air tight container for 2 weeks in refrigerator)

Sauce is ready to serve.  You can use it with many recipes.
